Yes, and if you're really sore use a little Sonne's

#13 externally...it really numbs pain and heals. Also up here on Dewberry Hill,

we have Mullein (the Indian TP). I haven't used it yet...but it's so soft. I

like to have a bunch of personal wipes handy too, you know the pre-moistened

kind.
