Sorry for this constant posting, but I worded myself in a misleading

way: if you get up at 6 o'clock, that's in accordance with the

receipt if you are already awake, of course. I just wondered if

anyone had taken 6am as a fixed time.

Helge, IMO a 2 hour window doesn't matter. of DH

flush, I woke up as late as about 8 am (thankfully); better get as

much sleep as we can, or not?
