Guest guest
Hi good luck with your cleanse! And I think it's a great thing that you're kind of excited about it. I think that enthusiasm can only help with the whole process. You don't have to use a strainer - the cholesterol stones will float to the top. If you happen to pass any calcium stones, though, they won't float. I do use a colander just because I find it easier. If you do, though, be sure to take note of the water as well because there's bound to be some chaff/sludge that goes right through it. Anyway---good luck and DO tell! by the way....it isn't a gross question at all. Guest guest
, hope your flush goes well. I use a collander that I use only for my flushes and colonics. Cleaning it with bleach after the flushes. I collect all the stones for a flush for about 2 days. And with the collander you can really see what you get. Some of us are just crazy enough to poke at these silly stones with a plastic knife and cut them in half to observe. I always " flush " mine after I measure how many cups of stones and sludge I get. I estimate that. Some people count each one. I don't. The sludge is just as important. And some flushes are more productive than others. Dont get discouraged. I't a process of experimentation. And if you don't like one recipe switch or go back to another one next time. Hang out with us here and we will all help eachother. of Dewberry Hill Hi everyone, It is 20 minutes before I do the first Epsom Salts drink for my very first liver cleanse. Is it a bad thing that I'm actually kind of excited about this? Does this mean I need a hobby? J/K. I just hope it helps! I'll keep you posted, obviously. I have a question. In counting stones that come out, Dr. says to just look in and see if any stones are floating, but I think I read somewhere else that told you to get a strainer in order to check. Do all of them float to the top, or is a strainer or something a good idea? The less work I have the better, obviously, but I also don't want to think that the flush didnt' work simply b/c I wasn't checking the right way. BTW, ok, I know apple juice has a " mild laxative " effect, but can I tell you that when I started drinking it in larger quantities last night I've been running up and down the stairs ever since? The label should read " Apple Juice: Nature's Powerhouse " !
