Guest guest Posted April 17, 2012 Report Share Posted April 17, 2012 I understand that diary is not a good thing, esp. in the beginning. I am off milk, but am craving cold cereal with milk. How about the soy milk? I don't have access to raw milk. I have noticed less overall aching, pain, etc. since trying to cut out so many carbs. No weight loss, though. I've also gotten unsalted butter and am using small amounts. I do miss the diary. This DOES take time,doesn't it? Thanks for all your help, I appreciate it. Terry in TN (USA) <> < p.s. I'm reading the articles and am working toward more whole foods without all the additives. I've bought half a beef from my cousin and am waiting for zaycon to offer chicken in my area.
