Guest guest
Cut the gluten, cut the starch, cut the grains out of your system and begin a coconut oil regimen. I am praying for you. Subject: test results To: LUPIES Date: Tuesday, January 4, 2011, 4:57 PM Â I received a call from my GI dr today. Apparently my test results show that I have gastroparesis. (Fun) Anyways, I have an appt the 18th to discuss what to do from here. I have already researched a bit on my own so I am aware of what will probably happen. I knew from watching the test screen that I had this. My food just sat there. I also knew from how I feel after eating. So, I can't eat gluten, dairy, or soy right now. I will have to change my diet again after this. I am going on Dr. Wallach's supplements soon so I hope this matter will solve itself in time. I am praying hard. It will be nice to feel better. thanks, maryruth

Guest guest
Hi mary ruth I put the coconut oil in tuna fish with some mayo. You can barely taste it that way. You could also put it in deviled eggs or chicken salad etc. you don¹t have to eat it straight. Are you? rosemarie > > > > > > Coconut is good for you but I hate the test.
