I'm glad to hear you'll be doing the cleanse in April. One suggestion I

have for easing the potential disgustingness of the mix is to increase the

amount of juice and also to add some lemon to the grapefruit juice. Another

thing is, as a few of us have tried, sucking on a piece of grapefruit (or

orange in my case) took the oily feeling out of my mouth and that helped as

well.

And yes, you're trusted to report honestly. I wouldn't expect anything

else of you, personally.
