Poly,

I am taking Cyclo Progynova from the company Schering.

Directly after my last surgery they injected Progynon-Depot, an only

estrogen, without asking me or informing me that this interferes with the

already taken pills (since my first hysteroscopy). The night after the

surgery when I was due to take the next pill I did not know whether or not

I should take it. Luckily I didn´t and phoned the clinic the next day. Then

and only then they said to stop my " normal " pills for a fortnight as I had

been given the depot of 20 mg. More than a week later I started to bleed

which should not have happened. I then got the operation report and

realized they had mistaken in having given me 20 mg. They had only given me

10 mg (as it said in the report! In other words: they messed up my cycle!

And this after I already had asked so many questions before the surgery! I

went back to the clinic and asked the doc whether they had not made a

little mistake, and - just to add to our " docs never admit

mistakes-stories " - he said " No. " Though I had the paper in my pocket saying

you should have 20 mg!!!!

I find it hard to explain the cranio-sacral-therapy, but I will try: Yes,

it means something like head-?-therapy and is based on osteopathic

knowledge (please, do not ask me what this is, I am just translating from a

little explanation sheet); Under normal condition our body´s rythms

(breathing, menstruating, blood circulation, sleeping, digesting etc.) are

in order. For many reasons disorder can happen (how well we know!). My

physio-therapist touches particular points of my head and bottom to " let

the flow get back into order " . She asked my whether I wanted to know more

about it but I refused. I am already a probably too intellectual person,

and it just feels good what she does (and she is a friend of mine), so I

really can´t tell you much about it, sorry.

I will send you a picture of myself as soon as possible.

A Lippes Loop is an IUD formed like a snake (but not a snail). But I

suppose it is an old method for keeping the uterus walls apart.

I will turn up at my gyn tomorrow without appointment as I know now that I

need to know my lining measurements - thanks to you all.

Sleep well, Poly, it´s late (after midnight), Corinna
