The South Texas Emergency Care Foundation based in Harlingen provides 911

EMS and Air Medical (helicopter and fixed wing) Service in South Texas.

Principal cities served by the ground division are Harlingen, San Benito and

South Padre Island. The Helicopter program covers deep South Texas and

Northern Mexico. The Fixed wing division provides service to the US, Canada

and Mexico. The Foundation is a community based non-profit which has served

the area for over 20 years. We currently have a few openings for Paramedics

and Critical Care Registered Nurses for both the Ground and Air Medical

Divisions. The Foundation provides: Major Medical with RX Card, Life and

Dental Insurance, Retirement Plan, Long Term Disability Insurance, Paid

Vacation, Paid Sick Leave, and Paid Holiday Leave, Uniforms, Employee CE by

internet and in house.

Preferred minimum requirements are: Certified Paramedics or Critical Care or

Emergency Room Registered Nurse (flight experience preferred) , Texas

Drivers License, Clean Driving Record, ACLS, BLS and PALS.
