Guest guest
Okay, so now I've been doing some thinking about those Epsom Salts. I had really only thought of them in the sense of emptying the bowels and I figured if that was done in other ways then I wouldn't need them. And I had figured since I've had good results without them, why bother. Now, though, I'm thinking about this idea of the ES opening up the bile ducts and allowing for more stones to pass through. I guess that's something I should consider. What I would like to know is if anyone has a reference of any kind to any source OTHER than cleansing sites that might support the theory of Epsom Salts relaxing the bile ducts. I don't mean to sound skeptical - it's not that, really. I mean - I might start incorporating them in my cleanses again whether or not I find any other support to the idea. It's not that - I just want to know more about it. I will do a search on my own, but I thought I'd ask in case anyone happens to have a site handy. Thanks in advance,
Guest guest
> From: rhastein@... > I worry about taking epsom salts. Is it similar in some ways to regular table salt Maisie Epsom salts are magnesium sulfate. Table salt is sodium chloride. They are totally different. You can bathe in epsom salts. You can rinse and brush your teeth with it. You can soak your feet in it (not all at the same time). I never use any kind of sodium chloride for anything. > how much does one have to consume in a flush? Not very much. I use the procedure as outlined by Hulda and Kelley. Kelley's method is here - http://www.drkelley.com/CANLIVER55.html I agree with the use of fresh ginger root. It is very good.
