Hi Joanne.

I try to get outdoors and walk a bit without my glasses. I am so nearsighted, I

have to be careful if a car is coming. I can handle the sun better now without

burning. I heard we need to be out in the sun without sunglasses, and even

regular glasses. It has been so hot here, over 100, and heat index 110. I would

walk barefooted, but they spray roundup around here. i bought some fels-naptha

soap. not really for bathing-for mixing to spray on plants to keep bugs off. It

does not have naphthalene in it anymore. supposed to be good to get stains off

clothing. so far have not washed clothing with it, but did wash my tennis shoes

with a mixture. I use dr bronner's sal suds, borax, washing soda, and white

vinegar for all my house cleaning, dishes and clothing. I have to use chemicals

at work though to clean. they love that chemical " clean " smell. I keep the dryer

sheets boxes covered, but when I open it,my nose itches. at least my body is

getting rid of it by that happening. For bathing and washing my hair, I use some

basic castile soaps by dr woods or dr bronner. Those can be used for house,

dishes, clothing as well. Grandpa's soaps are good too, and not expensive. I

bought some detergent free basic glycerin soaps and melt them, and add essential

oils and natural additives. I got to visit my dad for a few days, and see some

of my friends there. Take care.
