Carol it sounds like anxiety attacks. I get them daily.

they give me Larazapam for them.

then they had to give me something for restless legs and they decided to give me

klonapin which is their answer to larazapam all the time. i take it every night

for restless legs.

It has to be hard when someone who loves and supports you is far away, and for a

year O M W.

we're here for you, I " m not here as much because my kids aren't there for me so

I only read and write when I am alone or the only one awake.

much love and luck,

Subject: Strange feeling over heart

Hi everyone,

I'm still getting these doomed like feelings over my heart area. Its driving me

nuts and makes me very anxious. Simply because I don't know what is causing it.

I've had chest xrays, and they are telling me now that my heart is fine, but yet

I still have a pretty high heart rate, and I keep getting this really

uneasy feeling. I really hate it because it scares me. Nothing makes it worse or

better, and I have no idea what makes it come on or what relieves it.

Just seems to come and go, doesnt matter if I have eaten or not, it just happens

randomly.

Sorry to always be complaining about these symptoms, I guess you guys are my

only outlet really. My husband comes home Sunday, I can't wait because when

he's here and this happens he rubs my back and brushes my hair for me to try to

relax me.

He was only gone this time for three wesks so it hasnt been too bad plus he's

been getting to call me twice a day, and we email each other too, so thats been

pretty

awesome to have constant contact with each other. I wish it would be the same

for when he goes to Afghanistan this Summer, but I know it won't be anything

like it is now for us.

I just wish the deployments wasnt a year long. Its too much for me to handle on

my own anymore. My glands are still swollen, and I have a cough that will not

go away for nothing. Its really starting to worry me now.

I managed to get outside today and I planted some lovely little spring flowers,

trying to cheer up the Garden after the hard winter we had. Tomorrow I'm

planting some Strawberry plants.

Well much love to you all, I hope you all are feeling ok.

Lots of love,

Carol xoxoxoxxoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox

I was going to say the same thing as ; it is anxiety attacks. I have had

them too but have no heart health issues at all. It is very random and it comes

and goes quickly. My " shrink " told me that. But I don't have them much anymore

at all since getting rid of lots of baggage while going through my 12 steps in

AA. It was the best thing I have done for myself.

Feel better!

Love Colleen

Hi Carol,

As you are in Bee's group, I am asking if you take the b complex twice a day,

plus extra niacin. B complex at 100 mg a day is not excessive, There is some

extra risks at higher doses of a particular one. Bee says we can take up to 400

mg a day of niacin if it is the flushing kind. The non flushing, slow release

can cause problems in high doses. The B vitamins are especially good for

anxiety. I think for my part B complex later in the day causes me sleep

problems(increasing active dreaming?), Bee says we can take 100 mg in the

morning. I have always had a high pulse rate, and was told by my doctor that it

was not always a risk. I seemed to have no heart problems. If you google heart

palpitations, you will find they are not always an indicator of heart problems

either. I would be stressed out on what you have to face. Best wishes,

C

Hi carol

I empathize with how you are feeling. You have plenty on your plate that¹s

for sure. Have you had them check your lungs? Maybe it isn¹t the heart but

a lung, or lack of oxygen feeling? Maybe deep breathing to try and relax

what may be a tight muscle group right there? Like a spasm. Anxiety can

certainly make it worse. If your husbands massage and hair brushing works,

it makes me thing of anxiety and how he soothes that for you. Also, he

could be working out a muscle spasm.

So those are my ideas about that. Take it with a grain of salt unless it

helps you. LOL Otherwise, just keep on trucking. That¹s all we can do.

There are good days and bad.

We are all here for you so keep us informed.

Hi Everyone,

Thanks everyone for your replys. Yeah I'm not sure if its anxiety or what it is.

It's not pain, it's more like a fuzzy feeling inside the left side of my chest.

The best way I can describe it is... Have you ever been scared? And you get that

feeling in your chest? Well thats kind of what it feels like. So I don't know if

thats a panic attack or not. But what is really strange is that I can be just

sitting here at the computer not really be thinking about anything and sometimes

it will just start. I have noticed one thing that makes it worse is when I have

not been sleeping properly. Like if I am really lacking in sleep over a matter

of days it seems to be alot worse, which is one of the reasons I tend to think

its my heart. But I really just don't know. But anyways, , I do take the b

complex twice a day, but I have not been taking Niacin. I guess because the

first time I had a flush it scared the heck out of me lol. But I guess I should

give that ago again. Specially if you all believe it will help me get rid of

this symptom. I also get ALOT of upper back pains daily. Pain that feels like

its right under my shoulder blades on my back. So I dont know if thats tied in

with what I feel in my chest or not?

My husband comes home today, he's been field training for the past three weeks

and I can not wait to see him. Thankfully he takes half of the work load off of

my hands around the house which is a huge help for me. When he's home he does

all of the laundry which is such a blessing.

Joanne, oh my gosh, I watched that movie The Gospel of yesterday. I cried

big time. Thank you for sending that our in our forum. That was a lovely movie.

The PTSD page that you sent was quite interesting for me to read because I do

believe that I am hypoglycemic and I have been through a couple of trauma's. And

it was a Trauma that brought on the Fibromyalgia, so that was an amazing article

for me to read.

I spent well over a hundred dollars on Vitamins yesterday on Iherb , its

unbelievable how much Vitamins can cost. Plus I decided to try a few new things

that I found on there because of different reviews that I read, feel like I'm

always looking for that miracle cure... lol

Lots of love to all,

Carol xoxoxo

Hi all, I remember getting those panic type attacks. Well the strange feeling

that made me panicky anyway. I started taking Niacin and I can't remember who

told me about that. It's a weird thing. When you take it, it makes your head

and upper body hot for a few minutes. The first time I took it, it was quite

frightening but it really helps in the end. I think you can get different

Niacin now which doesn't make you heat up like a furnace. I haven't had to take

it for a long time now. I feel so laid back.
