Guest guest
Here’s is a really good article about getting glutathione in your food. http://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2010/04/10/can-you-use-food-t\ o-increase-glutathione-instead-of-supplements.aspx Judy H To Health Through Knowledge Started taking Low Dose Naltrexone on January 20, 2009 for Fibromyalgia, Restless Legs Syndrome, Hashimotos Thyroid and PCOS http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/LDNforFibro/ From: Joanne Ford Sent: Monday, November 07, 2011 1:37 PM To: fibromyalgiacured Subject: Judy Glutathione Parkinsons and Fibromyalgia Judy This Glutathione treatment is expensive and has to be repeated. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QHYey8vELTg When I go into ketosis my transformation is a dramatic as the guy in the Parkinsons video. For my dad the recovery is slower. But you see he cheats whereas I am very strict with the diet. Today I have sent him these videos and I have reminded him of the cost of the Glutathione treatment, the diet is so very much cheaper and since the diet is ensuring we are fed correctly in addiction to sorting glutathione levels the diet is enabling the immune system to work on many other things too. The Phenylbutyrate is also going to be expensive (see J Fox foundation) and if that is correct, that they will have to take 32 tablets, I have to wonder how practical that is going to be, and how toxic Plus this option is not even available right now I have known for some time that coffee enemas improve glutathione levels, and I also new vitamins C & E support glutathione expression. And I new that the coconut oil, water, lemon sea salt help the liver detox. And there are a few other thing B advocates that promote the production of glutathione. But today is the first day that I have realised that the diet itself promotes glutathione levels as I have looked at this today, I have been thinking that perhaps it is true that we are generally low in glutathione, but I also have to wonder is it that our glutathione is low or that our toxicity is high. I am 'feeling' that the low glutathione is yet another symptom, of the toxic environment, not precisely the cause Bt at least we know about this and the good news is whilst the scietists decide what they are going to do about this, and how much they are going to charge, there is already plenty that is very cost effective, and safe, that we can currently be doing Thanks for letting me share this, it is helping me work it out Love Joanne
