They are expensive, but to be honest with you Mia, I already know this electromagnetism is really bad news for us, and they are raising the levels every few months, so if you can find one that is affordable I would consider it. What I can tell you is that until you get one, if you send a short time outside walking barefoot on some weedy grass you will detox the electromagnetism. I say weedy grass because grass that has few weeds may have weedkiller on it, and weedkiller is another toxin we to do not detox easily.  Also just touching plants will also detox some of it out of you. In fact touching wild or organic plants that have not been messed up with pesticides and other chemicals will help your body detox a lot of things  Love Joanne  ________________________________ To: fibromyalgiacured Sent: Thursday, 17 November 2011, 16:25 Subject: Re: Mia: Grounding mat  Hi Joanne, Wow! Once you do this you will instead of lots of emails just get one with a list of that days emails and you can pick and choose which ones are of use to you  http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/fibromyalgiacured/join  Hope this is helpful  Joanne  Barbara said .................................
