(Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) unit doesn't work to give relievea my type of neuropathy pain. Many members in the group use one, with great success. I have a dear friend who uses one, and loves hers. A physical therapist, should show you exactly how to use one for the maximum affect. You might check with your insurance company to see if they will pay for one. If not these are at reasonable prices.
