(I'm putting the date in to see how long it takes for my posts to come

thru!)

Penny - my heart goes out to you!!! I cannot imagine losing a child... It

must be very difficult.

I follow Bee's program, but I do not and have not suffered with what you're

dealing with.

I truly believe, tho, that following it will help you break the SUGAR

addiction (tho to have support would be most helpful...)

I would recommend you take some time and see what Bee says about allergies:

to look both on her website (success stories, for instance) and the forum,

how Bee responds to people who are concerned about food allergies and her

program.

Tho I fully believe in Bee's program, I continue to read other works and

have just finished reading " Life W/O Bread " . It's got some great info in

there but it has a caution I've not seen Bee state (unless I've just missed

it which is totally possible). LWOB talks about making the transition over

to 'sugar-free' slowly (well, I guess Bee DOES say that, too). But the LWOB

book says that some people don't get better following a low carb, high fat

diet; not sure if that is true, if they have adequate support (which I feel

Bee's pgm does, with her recommended supplements).

Just read. Make an informed decision...

All my best...

....What would you folks recommend. Tryin Bees diet or using it and

eliminating things I may b allergic to. Anybody else in my same boat and

has many allergies and sensitivities but Bees diet helped anyway?

I know I have underlying things, years ago I had positive giardia, strep and

staph, erhlichiosis which is supposed to be lyme disease according to my

doc, inflammation around a tooth and herpes. probably forgetting something.

I nevere completed the herbal treatments for parasites, I know it made me

vomit, and was rough for me to take the drops, etc. but if it would cure

me, I would do it.

SUGAR is my problem. live with a junkaholic, sugarholic, chocholic husband

who has MS. but you cannot tell him anything. his blood sugar was

borderline high but I can only be responsible for myself and what I eat. I

was off sugar a long time and lost weight and felt better. then I see his

ice cream in the freezer, and I have a binge eating late at night problem.

husband goes to work at 10 PM. Lost my son New YEars Day so I have a big

stress0r. always have had though many of them. trusting in the Lord,

readin bible, and doing my best. but what a heartache losing you only boy.

he was disabled but lived a fullfilling life, spina bifida, he was very

distorted and couldn't walk but his mind was fine and he was inspirational

to everyone, even his pastor. but I still have to knock off thesugar.

comforting or not. ice cream is thebig thing. dairy is bad for me too!!

running out of power here, have to close.

What do you folks think about bees diet and any other advice highly

appreciated. have fibro, CFS, oetseoporosis and other arthritic things.

thanks so much, Penny
