BlankLynne I too had a very dissapointing cleanse recently, with no removal of

any stones, plus vomiting a revolting and verry bitter substance after only two

hours.

I enquired about this with Chang of WWW.SENSIBLEHEALTH.COM and she said

that it was probably because I had a very congested liver, with lots of bile

backed up. I agree with this. Her advice was to decongest the liver for at

least one month before attempting the cleanse. I intend to decongest my liver

for about six weeks and then have another go.

I sympathise with your disappointment. Not saying that you have masses of

stones or a congested liver, but its a thought.

How will you be decongesting your liver, Anne? I'd like to do that also.

Then Anne continued in another posting:

What I was getting at was that there has been a certain degree of cynicism

expressed by some regarding the goal or organised medicine to make greedy

fortunes from their patients at the expense of curing them. I just noted

that at least one alternate-medicine practitioner charges exorbitant fees also.
