Guest guest
I was cleaning out files and found this from our sweet friend who helped me in my questions when I first arrived. I remember talking to her and she saying our fluids are very thick thus affecting sinus and fogbrain issues. This is what Anne had to say(God Bless Our Friend): Monday, September 29, 2008 8:30 PM From: " Anne Hillebrand at www.FibroFix.com " Add sender to Contacts To: fibromyalgiacured Focus will come very quickly when you get everything moving. Decongestant and expectorant will make the biggest difference in that. To get a taste of it, use 4-way-Brand Nasal Spray. It's 1% Phenylephrine. Spray in both sides of your nose, hold nose closed. Tilt head back just a little and put some air pressure on your sinuses. You will feel the difference in seconds. It's all from the same malfunction, though, and when you get the combination of things adjusted for you, you will be amazed. Annie
