I nuke pepperoni (typically turkey pepperoni) until it's crispy. (I put

it on wax paper on a paper plate or on two wax-coated paper plates. I

cover it with wax paper or paper towels to avoid messing up the

microwave). The time to make it crispy depends on the thickness of

the pepperoni slices and the power of the microwave).

Then, I dip it in sour cream. Yummy

I also make a snack with pepperoni in a bowl covered with approx. 1-2

tbsp. Ragu Pizza Quick and mozzarella cheese. Upside-down pizza toppings
