Guest guest
Hi everyone, and thank you for all of your input and help with all of my questions! I did the cleanse exactly as Dr. said to except that I couldn't stomach the last Epsom's drink. My body can't take a lot of any kind of stress before I start getting weak and my BP goes nuts, etc. But I still passed some stones, green, about 1 centimeter across, and some smaller ones (about 10-20 in all) and a good amount of sludge that looked like lots of sea salt crystals. So, in a few weeks, when the memories have faded a bit , I'll go at it again. Today I was craving french fries, and now that I think about it, I probably should have eaten them. The fat probably would have helped me pass some stones. Oh well. Keep that for a post-cleans#2-treat! LOL. Oh, btw, I think it was Janet who was talking about the salt cravings. The water/salt cure (basically just putting 1/4 tsp unrefined sea salt in every quart of water you drink, and then go to town and drink as much as you want) has REALLY helped me feel better and has helped my low BP and sugar/carb cravings of all things, too. And trust me, the fact that something actually helped me to feel better is a VERY big deal. Some days I get a real hankering for it and I'll put 1/2 tsp per quart and just chug it. The more salt I add the better I feel and the more my water retention goes AWAY! Random, but hey, whatever works. So, I would say buy some good quality sea salt and go to town on it. The worst thing that happens is you retain water for a few days and you don't do it anymore! Ok, I'm really gonna stop writing now. Take care! _________________________________________________________________ Join the world’s largest e-mail service with MSN Hotmail. http://www.hotmail.com
