Guest guest Posted May 3, 2012 Report Share Posted May 3, 2012 Hi , I cannot think of a specific page, but her site has you to figure out your ratios needed for your height, how much, and which supplements to take,and 1 1/2 teaspoon gray moist sea salt daily. you will be getting plenty of saturated fat, enough protein for your amino acid needs, and the meat and low carb veggies give you vitamins, and minerals. The fat aids in absorption. High carb/sugar diets require higher C and B vitamins needs, and we avoid that by the low carbs.
