Subject: Re: : Glutathione

Thanks , I am wondering if I might be able to get hold of this episode some

where on the net

I have told my dad about Glutathione in the past. From what I am understanding

it is highly affective, but only when injected, and the cost is very high, and

the treatment has to be repeated

I have been told, but this info might not be correct, that their is a pill

version and a supositary version. from memory I have been told the pills do not

work, but the suppositories might do. I really do not honestly know, this is all

that I have been told, not experieinced

Anyway, i do not think we can afford the injections, I di not know how much the

suppositories are but it might be worth looking into

Now what I found out when I was studying this was that all the amino acids the

body needs to make Glutathione are in whey protein. My dad has some whey protein

daily, but i do not. I have not been able to find a whey protein from organic

cows that has not been pasturised that I can afford.

I know that i am getting the amino acids I need to make glutathione from the

meat, eggs and unpasturised cheese i eat but generally to create large amounts

of glutathione, which is what is recommending in regards to Parkinsonsons as i

understand it the levels i am eating are not enough. But they will help and

because they are all coming from natural sources this also helps because the

body absorbs amino acids from natural sources better than it does from unnatural

sources

what I also understand is low glutathione levels is usually caused by a sluggish

digestive system and especially if we have poor liver function. I already know

my digestion has been affected by fibro. It is far better right now, but in the

past was terrible. I have always been told that my liver function has been in

range, but as you all know by now being told these things usually holds no

relavence, so i do not know how well my liver functions. I assume it is in range

but guess it will be at the lower end

Anyway to cut a long story short, to increase my liver function I have chosen to

eat the foods i have just mentioned and to supplement to improve liver function

To improve my liver function I take

One and a half teaspoons of sea salt per day

A small amount of lemon with filtered water

up to 4000mg of Vitamin C daily

400mg votamin E daily

Plus the coconut oil

All of the above are said to improve liver function and also help digestion in

general

i also use coffee enemas. These stimulate a nerve that stimulates the liver

which inturn releases large amounts of glutathione. I know this does not sound

like fun. It is not as bad as you might think and it is very inexpensive

furthermore the coffee enemas are not dangerous and they help the liver

tremendously. they also help the body clean up the colon, and best of all they

do not kill any bacteria

The glutatione rush only clears out the toxicity in the colon, it does not have

an antibacterial effect. In other worlds unlike antibiotics it does not turn our

colon flora into fungus. the glutathione clears the toxicity and then once that

is gone if there are any problems with pathogens they will go too, but not

because I have just battered my eco environment to a pulp. No on the contrary,

the glutathione makes the colon a very hospital place for the gut flora that we

do need to remove the now fragments of toxicity there

This I think is how and why glutathione clears up Parkinsons and other

autoimmune illnesses. I beleive that natural rush from the liver clears a very

lot of toxicity from the body and once that poison has gone any bacteria that

was inadvertantly letting off toxic poison will also be gone

As yet i have not convinced my dad that the coffee enemas are the answer, but i

am thinking that if i can get hold of the dr Oz program, it might be worth

raising this issue with him again

Thanks , to be honest i needed reminding about this and i think if i now

spend some time on it i might even find out some other things worth knowing

Here is a clip that shows how injected glutathione helps with parkinsons

Hello Fellow 'Fibromyalgians',

I was listening to Dr. Oz today and he mentioned something new to take for

healthy living. He mentioned Glutathione.

He mentioned this is an antioxidant that helps clear up critical toxins. I went

to read on articles on web as he spoke.

I found this helps clear Parkinsons...you may be interested to look in this,

Joanne, for you dad plus helps with the immune

fatigue. I was so exited that am forwarding some sites I found. Will look into

it and try it.

I have been taking the L-arganine also mentioned by Dr. Oz. I have found that a

lot of my swelling has gone done, feeling

a bit stronger, and my husband has began taking it as well. There was a mention

of this supplement repairing liver damage.

Hope it works for me. It is recommended to take it for three months then rest

and beginagain. I buy min in the supplement in

neighborhood health store.

But back to the Glutathione here is the information:

Well....while I'm at it will send this too. I show this to my religion class

students.

Who says science and religion cannot work together, ay?

As I have mentioned before, am not eating any starch or grain foods. I avoid all

package foods and stick to very natural

foods. I cook my meats by baking, broiling. I absolutely avoid any black

charcoaled tinged meats. I eat plenty of vegetables

and salads. I avoid sugars but am generous with usage of estevia(I also have the

herb to use in teas). I am feeling really good

especially since adding L-arganine with my vitamins intake, coconut oil, and

'The Vinegar' when in pain.

Hope all are doing well today.

Prayers to all always,
