She had went off starches and nightshades and mostly eating meat, and fruit and

veggies.Some ezikial bread.After 2 motnhs,she felt no better.She just found

out,her meds have starch as a filler.I had mentioned to her when she started,I

was concerned her meds or her supplements might have fillers that are bad,and

she goes on how she is carefull to read labels.Spends hours wandering around

reading labels.I`m like, they are not always honest about what they put

in,especially, cheap supplements you buy in grocery stroes. She got really mad at

me,when I said that. Now,she just found out her meds have starch fillers.i`m

about to give up,trying to help her.She gets mad at me.I know, she is in pain.If

she will not go off her meds,I don`t think she will get any better.Plus, the

cheap supplements she uses probably have fillers that are bad.She is still stuck

on the blood type diet, though she does not feel better doing it.Her kidneys hurt

for awhile, becasue she was eating lots of fruits and veggies, and I`m sure she

has problems with oxalates and phenols. She did some epsom salt baths a couple

times, and gave up.I think her meds deplete her nutrients. She drinks like a

gallon of water a day.Won`t that throw your electro lytes off?Had that happen to

a patient at the nursing home, she drank a ton of water all day and she ended up

going to the hospital for her electro lytes being out of whack. Then, she was on

limited fluid for awhile.I have told her this, but,I still think she drinks alot.

> If your friend can get out amongst nature that might help some, also avoiding

electromagnetism might help a little too. Epson salt baths relax muscles and

adding vitamin c to bath water helps get rid of the chlorine. Just doing one of

these things might help your friend a bit, and hten perhaps suggesting something

else a month or so later. perhaps.

can do to help her with this, but in time she might see the light. Lets hope she

sees something on TV
