Guest guest
I really do not see this as a problem....we are doing pretty good with the conditions as long as we take care of ourselves. As for my grandson, he is as healthy as any teenage youngster who plays American football. He is a hearty lad. ________________________________ To: " fibromyalgiacured " <fibromyalgiacured > Sent: Sunday, April 29, 2012 7:31 PM Subject: Re: Heart and blood flow/  I am so sad to hear this about your family, I will pray for all of you  I must confess I do not know much about hereditary heart conditions, but I do know that the Weston Price foundation are finding more and more evidence that illnesses in families are becoming more common with each generation, and more severe, with each generation. This is definitely so with our family and the diabetes type 1. Before 1970, not one single member had diabetes type 1, not one, and we have a family tree to show this, but now it is rampant, and sadly they are being put on a high carb diet with pasturised milk, two things that have been shown scientifically to increase the chance of getting it, the other thing that increases the chances of this occuring is the immunizations, but folk do not listen to me regarding that Anyway, it is worth having a look at Sally Fallons stuff from the Weston Price foundation if you have time to, she shows in detail how even when there are strong genetic influences, diet and lifestyle can seriously have an impact both ways. It is hard though, even when you know like I do, most of my family do not listen, I am lucky though, my children do listen regarding all this but only because they were so fat when they were little and now are so slim, had that not have happened I really do not think they would be listening either Love you, and think about you daily Love Joanne said.................  I attribute the heart thing with family genetics. Heart abnormalities run in the family. So far my son has mitral valve prolapse and his son was born with the heart on the right side. Males in my family tend to have more problems than the females. I need to be extra careful, at times I have almost passed out even climbingstairs in my home. So it isn't warmups that will help me as much as steady walk- ing will keep the heart on an even flow of exercise. Switch to: Text-Only, Daily Digest • Unsubscribe • Terms of Use ..
