Guest guest
Hi Joanne, my landlady is calling this week a black week. Things going wrong for us and for her and just not going to plan and DAMP weather. Sooo damp. I can feel it has seeped right into me. No sign of my iherb package yet. It was 31.58$ / 24.76€ so might get caught in the customs web...... Today, got to spend a few hours with my uncle who lives in Spain. was hard to get up and out, glad I did cos only chance to see him. Am really struggling this week, feeling fluey without the mucus and blood sugar constantly going down, yet have not changed diet. finally got to shower today could not even do that. Have to travel distance tomorrow, not looking forward to that but no commitment til 4pm on Sat, thankfully. I must do better on the supplements. I am convinced my B12 is low and a recent group email said it should be at 500-600. The blood test when I was pregnant was in 'normal' range but it looked at the low end to me, can't remember, under 200 anyway. I hate the lack of encouragement to get us patients to learn the numbers and find them out. I am wondering about B12 patches, ever tried them?? Hope your week is improving. Had a wonderful time seeing 'new' photos from the 1930s of my grandparents and family in their youth, seeing some of my granduncles in a non-elderly state for the first time ever made my heart swell. They were fine fellas, pity they never married and had kids. What was striking was very few people overweight (none of the men, women excused after having lots of kids) , everyone's skin great except the two mothers who looked old before their time (sisters) and I know one died from ovarian/uterine cancer, they just did not have the healthcare and on top of hard, hard work. And talk about fine heads of hair - discovered my granduncle had mad thick hair!! All farming folk who had their own eggs, chickens etc, lots of fresh air, physical labour and lots of home baking.  Siobhán ________________________________ To: " fibromyalgiacured " <fibromyalgiacured > Sent: Thursday, 9 February 2012, 18:16 Subject: Re: Video on reversing illness  Siobhan  I am not on form today, long story, but slowly getting through my emails  I have not seen this video but can tell you that generally Naturalnews is usually very reliable for information  I think this video is about the raw food diet. I have heard of many people getting well with it. I cannot do it because I cannot digest raw vegetables and there are a lo0t of carbs on that diet, but I do eat some raw foods, mainly sauerkraut, raw cheese and raw eggs. It is true that some foods when raw are easier to digest, but not plant food, plant food I feel is harder to digest when it is raw  Love Joanne To: " fibromyalgiacured " <fibromyalgiacured > Sent: Wednesday, 8 February 2012, 16:06 Subject: Video on reversing illness  Has anyone come across this or bought this? Just wondering of it is any good. http://premium.naturalnews.tv/Reversing_The_Irreversible__NN.htm#  Siobhán
Guest guest
Hello Your B12 should be for anyone with pain issues at least 500 to 600 B12 is protein and it is supposed to stay in our bodies for years. I believe that this is another damaging effect from all the GMO and processed foods. If you are below 300 you will find your hair falling out, trouble sleeping even though you are tired, sweating, brain fog, forgetfulness, feet calve and leg cramps. You need B12 to coat your nerves also b1 Doctors will test you for loss of " Intrinsic Factor " in the stomach , pernicious anemia and also a lower intestine thing I can not recall the name which for all the answer is b12 shots. The doctors try to shock your system with the shots but my sister and my mom and I have all been doing the shots for five years and found the shocking did not work and it was essential we do the weekly shots -the pills did not work. The patches sound promising. I would try them just make sure you do them every week and not before bed and you should not drink alcohol which depletes the b12. I will order the patches. You can get your b12 tested after doing it for 2 months but dont do the patches or shots for 1 to 2 weeks to get a true b12 blood count. Also I had a hematologist tell me it was an AmericanIndian thing and my primary doctor said it was African thing. My sister is only my half sister from my moms side and my mom is 50% American Indian and we all have the same health issues. My foot doctor was the one who finally figured it out and she also told me to take b1 Do you have nerve pain in your feet or hands? Cramping in your legs?
