Guest guest
You can use olive oil as a carrier oil.If you had a book on essential oils, would explain better, but,I just use olive oil as a carrier.I por a tiny bit of olive oil in the cap of the peppermint oil,and then add a few drops of peppermint to it,then rub on your tummy.I think,it may help with pain.I know,t will unblock your nose,if you rub it on the outside of your nose.Up in the nasal passages.Lavendar oil,Is good for calming, and maybe pain.I would have to look it up again.Shrot term memory loss.I have to keep going back and doing a search.I do know,I have used peppermint oil for tummy issues and blocked nose.Should have had some with me today. One of Hayley`s eye exercises, she had o do,was put colored pegs on the points of triangles and squares, while this wheel was spinning around in a circle, and I got sick to my stomach, while watching this.I do think,it`s a vestibular disorder, and I think, there are exercises you can do for it,but I don`t know, what.Or possibly,a chiropractic neurologost would help.Had an appt, awhile back,to take Hayley, but My GPS didn`t work, and I got lost.Made it there, but could not find the address after I got there.Vision issues again.Anyway,we go every 2 weeks.I have exercises to do with her at home. She has to wear an eye patch, and switch covering each eye. So,I may try them with her.I do have a book, about elimating the need for glasses, that has exercises in it,also, but I have not done them, yet.
