Guest guest Posted February 25, 2002 Report Share Posted February 25, 2002 Hi, I took the flush saturday night but did not have the epsom salts and sunday morning nothing came out, not a movement at all, my flusher is broke! (*teehehehe*) I took the epsom salts yesterday, drank organic apple juice, had a green apple and did the flush a second time last night. This morning, nothing at all, my stomach looks like a basketball on two sticks and I am miserable because my flusher is not working! I took the epsom drink this morning and threw up. Now prior to this flush I had been doing the Dr. Shchulze intestinal cleanse and using the liver/para and kidney detox tinctures. So I have no clue as to why I am experiencing constipation and this full belly that when I move I feel like I have motion sickness. I am going to the doctor this morning because I feel like something is lodged in my intestinal tract and I am not sure what(?) I eat very healthy and have for a good many years, lots of fibers and such and have always had very healthy bm's.....I am stooped? Just had a light bm that was like diarehhea, and not much, and the one floatie was turquoise like copper does that funky thing...? What am I doing wrong? I am assuming this is what is suppose to be happening. At least I did not have to go to the docs....probably that itself scared my flusher into working. They soften the stones, so they can be removed in the flush, while the ephsom salts open the bile ducts very wide to let them out with the help of the olive oil! If you were to do a castor oil pack before doing an enema this may help to loosen the stool that may be blocking the passage. You could also take vitamin C in an abundance too to see if that gets you to have diarrhea as the Epsom Salts was suppose to do. I certainly hope you can get back to being comfortable soon.
