Guest guest
Thanks for the site Joanne. I have pain in my feet worse than anywhere else. It hurts to walk almost all the time. I think one of the best things is to have my feet massaged but I can never get anyone to do it. I have a book on reflexology but I have not yet read it. maryruth > ** > > > Hi > > I have decided to post the reflexology chart mentioned by Alison here. > > http://www.dk.co.uk/static/cs/uk/11/features/reflexology/footchart.html > >
Guest guest
Joanne, At one time, I was going to a reflexoligist.  Not sure how much good it did healing wise, but it sure did feel good.  They told me that I would have all kinds of energy afterwards. It just made me so relaxed it was unbelievable.  I would go on Fridays after I got off work and the next stop would be the grocery store.  I would be like a zombie going through the store. LOL!!  Wish I could go now!!I have a pair of socks that has a diagram of the pressure points on them.  Occasionally I'll put them on and massage certain areas.  Don't know if it helps but when we're trying to avoid doctors and trying to feel better we'll try lots of things.  Right? Lovell Subject: : Reflexology To: " fibromyalgiacured " <fibromyalgiacured > Date: Thursday, September 8, 2011, 3:38 PM  Hi  I have decided to post the reflexology chart mentioned by Alison here.  http://www.dk.co.uk/static/cs/uk/11/features/reflexology/footchart.html  I do not know much about reflexology but often wonder if this is what Jesus was doing when he washed the disiples feet and if it was what was doing when she washed jesus feet. She used oils and herbs too if I remember correctly  My feet are a true reflection of my body, and this is no exageration. One is at least one inch longer than the other and the shorter one is wider LOL  I do get pain in my feet, only mild, I assume it is detoxifcation, but perhaps not, perhaps it is signals indicating what is going on elsewhere I will keep an eye on this and see what I notice  Thank you so much. This chart is educational and good fun  Love Joanne
Guest guest
I studied massage therapy and reflexology about seven years ago. Reflexology is a fantastic thing. You can actually get info from doing this about a problem in your health. For instance, I was massaging my sisters feet some years ago. I started asking her if anything hurt, even a llittle to let me know. Sure enough there was one place. I told her that she has gall bladder problems. Nah, she said, I don't hurt in my side. One year later she had to have her gall bladder removed. If she would have listened and had the right diet she may would still have it. When my feet hurt so badly that I too couldn't walk, I sat down and placed my foot on a tennis ball and rolled it around. I also bought a cheap pair of croc like shoes that helped also. Gotta run, hubby is a grouch. lol ________________________________ To: fibromyalgiacured Sent: Thursday, September 8, 2011 9:17 PM Subject: Re: : Reflexology  Hi Joanne, I really don't know much about reflexology. About feet, I twisted a foot many years ago, and had tendonitis in it for many years afterward that would come and go. The pain just went away one day, and never came back. Once in a while, I get some nerve type pain in the bottom of my feet, and years ago my the bottom of my feet burned terribly. I could tell, that walking on polyester rugs or carpet made it worse. Bee says the polyester inside shoes can cause us problems, or ill fitting shoes. Our feet have to detox like the rest of our body. Any good foot massage will help us detox from the feet. I have short, but wide feet-wear a usa size 3 wide, but really need an extra wide. c > > Hi >  > I have decided to post the reflexology chart mentioned by Alison here. >  > http://www.dk.co.uk/static/cs/uk/11/features/reflexology/footchart.html >  > I do not know much about reflexology but often wonder if this is what Jesus was doing when he washed the disiples feet and if it was what was doing when she washed jesus feet.
