will watch it tonight.. thank you so much..

i am trying to get into ketosis but perhaps along with meats and high fats - the

green leaves salads and avocados and almonds that I eat are preventing that from

happening...

I got the ketostix but they show very light color

other long term members. All of us have fibro and many have other illnesses too.

Between us we have found a way to get well from Fibro, using all natural stuff,

but the things we are using are quit unconventional, and it does take a fair

amount of time to explain it all. If you are able to come back here more or less

every day for an hour or so, within 6 weeks you will have all the information

you need to get yourself well from all this. I really wish I could tell you in

just a few emails how we are all getting well from all this but it really does

take 6 weeks for us to cover everything

causing your illness, and the most offending foods are carbohydrate foods,

things like bread, pasta, sugar, biscuits and so on. The safest foods for us to

eat are in the second video below. But this is just the beginning, if I can get

online later I will share more about this, if not do not worry there are others

here that can help you

fruit, we start eating them later when we are more well. Please do bare with us

with all this we simply cannot tell you all in one go why we have all the

problems with food that we do, but if you keep asking questiions me or the

others here will do all we can to answer them
