Guest guest
with my allergies I can't go outside cause pollen counts are high. would love to go out but afraid pollen is all over. I always plant garden, etc but since losing my son New years day, and my allergies making my depression bad like EVERY spring this year has been bad. No one will listen, well they listen but never respond. Studies have shown allergies make depression way worse. cytokines change to actually toxin like and if you are depressed wammo you are realy depressed with this. Every spring. And all these allergies, are you saying that DIET is FIRST on the list of things to fix. What about the bioidentical hormones. ??????? See Teitelbaum's protocol is address sleep, hormones, infections (underlying) and nutrition??????? seems his way is ass backwards then!!! I am on hormones my test and estrogen and progesterone were almost nill!! yes they r expensive but insurance reimburses alot. What I am asking is should I continue with that treatment and do the diet thing. The diet I had to follow for my allergies was low carb cause I am allergic to all grains and many fruits veggies, all kinds of things. mostly what I ate all my life. Do u feel I should avoid all those foods again like back in 03 when I was tested or try bea's way first. My husband loves his sugar, chocolate, chips, junk. and almost always something here to temp me after he goes to work at 10 pm. he has MS but doesn't like to cook and niether do I so he buys quick things, pizza, premade frozen things. I feel bad cause they are processed and bad. but he eats more chocolate than any woman I ever met!! Oh another thing. My circadian rhythm has always been off. I am a night owl. I know hormones are made at certain times of sleep and my growth hormone was that of a 98 year old woman years ago when tested. Does anyone else have trouble sleeping at correct times.??????? See I have soo much, and by the way I am in PA in the USA. I see you gys r in the UK. Someone wrote that she gets supplements free, now how do you do that. That opens another can of worms. FMD promotes Metagenics products which are expensive. Folapro and Intrinsic B12. I can't get them free. And Teitelbaums powder, it is awesome, but hard to get down. I need the vits minerals and amino acids in it. Should I buy it. And force it down. Then the coQ 10 and acetylcarnitine Dr. T says to take. And the tinnitus I have, he says gingko. Who do I believe. The shrink has me on meds, and I must follow with neurologist cause I dropped pain doctor. All he does is get you hooked on medications. took me six months to get off fentanyl patch. I know I need magnesium, malic acid. calcium for my osteopenia. Whose route do I follow? I am on cortisol, anyone else on that, thyroid, progesterone and DHEA now. But the compound pharmacist 's things are really expensive, (Ultraceuticals) Sorry I have been through so much and just need some guidance. we have no money and I need to feel better. I have wasted so much money trying to get better. I know you guys aren't doctors, hey, that's why I ask. you all know more than the docs. My doc is gettin old up in 80s, so if he retires, I will have no one. Cannot find a holistic doc like him. Cant afford the fibro center and their supplements. and cant drive to Philadelphia. Anyone else been treated with bioset treatments?? It worked but stress undid all the treatment. Thank you for listening. I need some guidance. we have no money, took 2 1/2 years to get disability based on carpal tunnel syndrome, and L5S1 nerve root impingement. And my neck and back has lots of things wrong with it, Iraised a disabled child, paralyzed from chest down. lifted alot of wheelchairs and have to deal with it. sorry, i want to feel better. we buried our one goat yesterday. see stress is all around me. thot cortisol would help with that. I am 53. diagnosed with fibro in my 20s. after giving birth to my son who was NOT given much hope but the Lord took care of that. And my mother was very very hard on me. told me she wished she would have left me die when I was a baby. She did try to abort me my dad told me. ok, any help you can give thank you. Guest guest
Hi, just rereading a book on low blood sugar, and one chapter was on allergies. It said, as Bee says. if there is no sugar in diet, and you get plenty of nutrients, your body will not get those allergic reactions. foods you are sensitive to can be taken in small amounts, and increase slowly. Bee's is better to try, and she goes into what foods to avoid, and what to eat. cindy c > > with my allergies I can't go outside cause pollen counts are high. > would love to go out but afraid pollen is all over.
