Guest guest
Hello folks, I started juicing on Wednesday and decided to bite the bullet <grin> and do a parasite cleanse along with the juicing. I chose ParaGone by RenewLife. I called the company to make sure that it would be okay to do the cleanse while juicing. Here is what they told me (I thought it was good information to pass along). While doing a parasite cleanse, they said to use the following guidelines for juices. Vegetables: NO beet juice, NO carrot juice Fruits: ONLY lemons, limes, Granny apples, cranberries and white grapefruit. They told me this in a voice mail message, so I didn't have a chance to ask for the reasoning for it. I'm guessing it has something to do with the sugar level in all these. That would make sense when considered in view of what was written recently about sugar and yeast production. If one is attempting to eliminate parasites, it would make sense to not give them something they would feed on. Any thoughts on that would be appreciated. Last night in a bowel movement I saw some odd little things - like very thin sticks, and one thing that actually did look like a tiny worm (not moving - thankfully!). This morning a bowel movement eliminated something that was about 6-8 inches long and honestly did look like a partially digested worm. I'm not positive that's what it was - but that's the best description I can give. Last evening I did my regular gallbladder cleanse and have only seen a handful of stones so far. It could be that I'm reaching the end of the need for doing it every two weeks and am approaching the maintenance point. It also could be that I haven't been eating solid food and there just isn't anything in there to push the stones along. (I don't usually use Epsom Salts). The stones that I did see, though, were darker than usual, and a few that were small, but smoother than usual. I understand that those probably came right from the liver - the smoother ones. So - those are initial results of what I've been doing. Thanks for listening. in health,
