Hello, ,

I was just looking through and saw your question. I used to be a regular writer

but have been away for a while. I was one of the avid 'pushers' of Apple Cider

Vinegar. It has many great properties. Here is some info for you.

Hope this helps.

God Bless.

Hi Lovell,

Are you having to take anything for the Gerd? Recently read that with taking

acid blockers, you will not be able to absorb b vitamins,as they need acid to be

absorbed. I used to take the fresh lemon juice in water with meals, and my

sister(who has had ulcers) takes the organic apple cider vinegar. Even a healthy

person is only about to absorb a small amount of the Bs in a supplement. google

b 12, or b deficiency.
