Hi all,

Thank you too Barry, for sharing your thoughts and experiences with us.

I still feel like I'm new to all of this, certainly not an expert, just

happy to share what has happened to me as a result of doing the liver

cleanse. I remember how scared I was to try it, to trust what I was

reading about other's experiences. However, it was the knowledgable

posts on this site (Dale's, Agnes's and many others) that gave me the

courage to try it. So, I too appreciate everyone who has taken the time

to post their experiences, and as a result, has encouraged me along the

way.
