I have never tried Hydrocloric acid. I think the lemon water I took for year or so helped me, but have not been doing it lately. I think my digestion is better now, I am really not sure I need the vinegar now, as the diet itself will aid the digestion too. You have commented on how so much is involved with the bacteria trying to help, so without the diet, the body is limited in the healing. I wish my sister would go more on the diet.
