Hi, I use Dr bronners liquid lavender Castile soap I squirt from the bottle on a

wash cloth to bathe, and can dilute it, when putting it into a liquid dispenser.

I have found Grandpa's bar soaps good to bathe with, and wash hands. They are

natural too.

the Lavender liquid soap. Do you dilute it with water to make a shower gel?

some in my hands and then go over my hair. My hair has gotten easier to manage,

and looks better, even less gray after the high fats and low carbs. I use the Dr

Bronners or Dr woods Castile soaps to bathe and to shampoo. I take Carlson

liquid cod liver oil, plus extra A from fish liver.
