Guest guest Posted September 14, 2000 Report Share Posted September 14, 2000 Lyssa - I'm sure that exercise will work in your favour :-)) I'm surprised that after you did that you didn't drink lake Erie LOL I hope you are taking something for the headache and that you tried to rest a little (I know its hard with young ones around) - we all need to take care of ourselves. As for me - well yesterday was good. Breakfast - 3 eggs and coffee with splenda Snack at Work - cheese and pepperettes Lunch - tuna and mayo on a bed of lettuce Dinner - chicken legs and beans Evening Snack - cheese and pepperettes (but was craving chocolate) Had 96 ounces of water and a diet pop Today so far - Breakfast - 3 eggs and coffee with splenda Snack at Work - cheese (which all the little ones wanted some of and were willing to trade me their cookies and fruit snacks for lol) and slim jims Lunch - tuna and mayo on a bed of lettuce Dinner is going to be turkey strips stir fried with veggie's So I'm off to a good start :-) Take Care G.
