Joanne... you can get enzymes naturally from eating raw foods.... like nuts,

seeds, veggies. Those have enzymes in them. When we cook food the enzymes get

destroyed. Eating more raw foods is So important so that our bodies don't get

overworked!! We should get lots of enzymes from natural foods =) I espeically

like bananas and raw red and green bell peppers :0)
