welcome back corrie.. i am a slow loser too but as you said you feel much better

on this WOE so its

worth it even if you lose slow and you took a long time to gain the weight.. its

better if it comes

off slow.. no saggy skin etc.. so it takes you a year or maybe two.. you weren't

going anywhere

anyway. but up .. now u are back in control of your eating and your health.. as

you feel better you

will exercise more also.. so hang in there and post to the list if you need any

help :)

It is nice to see you out of lurkdom, Corrie :) And yes, I for one agree

that calories do count and that is why I exercise...to burn up some of

those dratted pests!
