Cleanse #8 update

Well, I didn't really see the typical results from this cleanse. It's

possible that it has to do with the juice fast for the two days previous to

the cleanse. Just a speculation there. Or it's possible that I've

eliminated most of what I needed to - but I just have a 'gut' feeling that's

not the case. I do think that it has more to do with the volume of

apple/lemon juice I've been drinking. I think that perhaps it did more to

dissolve the stones and they came out in a different form. ?? (just

speculation again). What I did get was a lot of (sorry - this is kinda

gross) sort of slimy stuff. One could say that it was the oil being

eliminated, but it held together - sort of the consistency of uncooked egg

whites. It was greenish - that bile color we all know so well, hehe. But

in the middle of part of it was a black dot - just about the size of the head

of a pin. My guess is that it would have been in the middle of a gallstone,

but the stone dissolved and that's what came out.

Now also, I've been taking the ParaGone parasite cleanse since Wednesday, so

it's possible that has had an effect on what came out of the

gallbladder/liver, too.

If anyone has any thoughts/speculations on any of the above, I'm glad to hear

them. As always, I'm just glad to have eliminated whatever I did and have it

on the outside rather than the inside.

I had a dream the other night that I eliminated something and when I poked

at it, it opened up and was filled with gallstones. But not the kind of

gallstones we usually see - these were white and smooth.
