Guest guest
HI JOANNE: YES, I HAVE BEEN LIVING GRAIN FREE. I HAVE BEEN PRETTY MUCH OFF WHEAT FOR YEARS AND YEARS NOW. BUT SOMETIMES I WOULD EAT A PIECE OF BREAD IF WE ATE OUT AND IT LOOKED ESPECIALLY GOOD. SO ITS NOT A HUGE CHANGE FOR ME TO NOT EAT GRAINS BUT I AM ESPECIALLY AWARE OF IT NOW AND DON¡¯T CHEAT EVEN A LITTLE BIT. ITS BEEN A MONTH NOW AND I HAVEN¡¯T NOTICED MUCH DIFFERENCE REALLY. I STILL BLOAT ETC. LOL I JUST KEEP PLUGGING AWAY AND SEE HOW IT GOES. I STILL GET THE BIG D WITH CRAMPING, I AM STILL GAINING WEIGHT TOO. SO I¡¯M GOING TO SEE A METABOLIC SPECIALIST FOR HORMONAL PROBLEMS WITH THIS WEIGHT GAIN BECAUSE I AM EATING LOW CARB WITH NO GRAINS AND STILL GAINING? I DON¡¯T EVEN EAT 1200 CALORIES A DAY USUALLY. SO I¡¯LL LET YU KNOW WHAT HAPPENS THERE TOO. ANYHOW, I HOPE YOU HAVE GOOD RESULTS WITH YOUR APPOINTMENT. WHAT IS ILEUM PROBLEM? JUST PAIN IN THAT AREA? I HAVE PAIN THERE TOO AND I HAVE HAD SINCE I WAS 8 YEARS OLD. IF I EAT CHEESE OR WHEAT OR DAIRY IT GETS WORSE I NOTICE. LET ME KNOW WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT THAT. CURIOUS. THANKS FOR WRITING.
