Guest guest
Joanne, Don't know that fibromyalgia had anything to do with it.  I only had a period on occasion and was suppose to see the doctor for a shot of progestrone if I went more than three months without a period. When I decided to conceive I couldn't do so.  Took stimulating drugs with first two pregnancies. Last pregnancy was a total shock. I had blood clots and other complications after that pregnancy.  After that things went downwhill and 7 years later was diagnosed with Fibro. I think maybe the circumstances surrounding the pregnancy and my relationship combined with the antibiotics was what triggered the fibromyalgia. Subject: Question about conceiving To: fibromyalgiacured Date: Tuesday, July 26, 2011, 5:05 PM  Hi ALL  I have a friend who simply cannot get online more than one day a month, its compicated. anyway, she sent me these questions and i do not really know how to answer them. If any of you know anything she can do to sort some of this out I know she will be really appreciative. I will forward anything you tell me to her  I would not normally do this but this friend is a very good friend and she has helped me a lot in the past. So I just really want to see things go well for her now because she really does deserve it. Here are her questions below   1. Has anybody with fibromyalgia out there/people they know had difficulty conceiving? 2. Does anyone know of fibromyalgia actually causing more difficulty conceiving than average population rates? 3. Any advice at all on the subject?!  I am 36, never been pregnant or had children. My husband has never fathered children. I have fibro a long time and always had horrible menstrual cycle - always painful and always heavy. Had cysts years back but they went away naturally and quickly after discovery.  I am overweight (due to fibro hindering execise a lot) but eat fairly healthily and take vitamins etc. I am stressed a lot due to the fibro and the frustrations it brings daily.  We have been trying to conceive for about a year in total within a year and a half timeframe. Have not gone into next stage of investigating why nothing happening/hormones/sperm count/etc.  I know I need to reduce weight, stress etc and that doctor said it would take 6 months to a year purely based on my age (when 35), just wondering before embarking on next stage if anyone can offer advice, as I have so little energy and a lot of pain. Also, I feel that clock ticking!!
Guest guest
Hi, I saw an online news report on women who cannot get pregnant, and turns out they had so many chemicals in their bodies. If on a highly nutritious diet, and work hard on having a chemical free home, her body should gradually detox. the emotions and stress play a role as well. some on Bee's group got their periods back finally, or had less problems with their cycle. Bee says you should get on the diet and supplements before you conceive for a healthy baby, and that includes the father. If she has fibro, she needs the diet/supplements anyway.
