I can have two cups of this without raising my sugar level…….

Get this….

Tonight I went out and over did a bit…had Indian food….curry and a bit

of rice and a Nan bread and a flakey pastry starter and ….even a serving

of rice pudding. and a glass of milk….And 2 hours later my sugar level

was not too bad :-) well not normal but 140 which is good for me in the

evenings even when I eat very low carb…..

Back ot being good tomorrow but glad I can have a nice night out and not

have to be so careful….

Re: diet hot chocolate Swiss Miss....

It does have carbs so be sure and make a small amount and give it a

try before having a whole cup.

So far it does not raise my BS but I do count carbs and fit it into my

daily allotment and space it out between meals, not with a meal.

Two hrs after breakfast (late breakfast) my bg's were 78. I then fixed a cup

of sugar free hot chocolate. 1 1/2 hrs later, bg's were 84. Guess I can

have my hot chocolate after all.
