I also got inundated with emails when I asked him to explain the basis for his claim of garlic being toxic. I was just curious where he came up with such an idea. I think there are some good things within what he writes. For example, he sent an email about visualization and I agree that this is a valuable tool. Meditation is also helpful. But I wouldn't recommend him as a source of information about how to proceed. He claims to have helped a lot of people and hopefully that is a true claim. But I'm with you - I'll leave him to his own devices. in health,

If a person is very toxic and very weak, their bodies may not have enough life force in the nervous system to carry on detoxifying. The body may need to balance the level of detoxing whilst still taking on board some gentle very nutritious easily digestible high life force food. I have personal experience of being put on a 72 hour fast by the hospital and becoming extremely ill afterwards. It wasnt a water fast a such, but might as well have been. I know that not all people would be so ill, but in my opinion you can still fast, with juices. So I think I leave that gentleman to his own devices.
