Guest guest Posted September 12, 2000 Report Share Posted September 12, 2000 Breakfast: 5 tuna croquettes 1.5g sour cream (for dipping) 1.0g coffee (decaf) 2.1g Lunch: tuna salad (2 cans tuna, mayo, pickle juice & Splenda) 1.0g 2 celery stems w/ sf peanut butter 5.6g Dinner: lc " Pam-Cakes " w/ 's syrup & butter 2.0g bacon 0.4g Snacks: (post TOM pig-out? I've gotta stop that...hehe) almonds 2.0g unsweetened choc. w/ cream cheese, cream, butter & sf chocolate syrup 4.0g 1 pickle 1.0g pepperoni dipped in a little dressing 1.0g ----------------------------------------------------- Day Total 21.6g 193.8 (or 210.7) oz. water...
