Hi and thanks for the kind welcome Rosemarie. I found I'm on moderated

status which is why my posts aren't showing up properly on the group. Kind

of bites I am however recieving posts from the group now.

No, not medical personnel. I can't even work because of my fibro though I'm

much better than I was a year ago. Anyway; 216/134/112 means 216 was my

starting weight, I'm 134 lbs now and my goal is 112.

What does 216/134/112 mean?

Are you a medical personnel of some sort? Your abbreviations made me think

that. LOL

Keep on writing. Some days a lot of us do not post then whammo there will
