Last night I did my second GB/Liver cleanse. I took 8

of the L-ornithine and slept soundly. I did one 2

weeks ago and took the L-ornithine then also. The

first cleanse produced 150 small green stones. This

second cleanse has only produced about 10 so far this

morning although I've had a lot of chaff looking

stuff.

I used the recipe with Epson Salts.

About 2 years ago a friend of mine gave me a recipe

that used 1 cup of olive oil with lemon juice...no

epson salts. I did that one and walked the floor that

night plus having terrible nausea. I decided if I

ever did one again I would use the L-ornithine. It

seemed to work very well for me!

Just wanted to pipe in and say I'm one of those. I don't have any trouble

sleeping on cleanse nights and don't use any sleep aids, herbal or otherwise.

Hi, Sue.

As far as I know, there should not be a problem in taking ornithine in

the presence of sulfur metabolism problems. There is no sulfur in

ornithine, and I don't think it is directly involved in the sulfur

metabolism.
