Guest guest
thank you for the info I have IBS and cannot do colonics as per dr. I have 7 herniated discs and my chiropractor WILL not touch my back Subject: Barbara & To: " fibromyalgiacured " <fibromyalgiacured > Date: Saturday, November 12, 2011, 6:19 PM  Hello  I need you both to keep forwarding information about your condition and about any other condition you have so that i can send you information specific to your situation  but in regards to the fibro  Fibro is caused by our body not being able to detox toxins from our body. The usual reason why this happens is that for a long long time we have been being exposed to too much toxicity  an example of a toxin that can trigger fibro symptoms is amalgam fillings, but there is a lot of other stuff too, like the food we eat, the pollution in the air, heavy metals, medicines we take, detergents we use and also chemical our own body creates when we are under stress  when we cannot got rid of all this toxicity, our body encourages bacteria and other pathogens to do the job or us. When this happens 'gases' come off from these bacteria and that makes us ill. It is not uncommon for doctors to find bacteria overgrowth in the small intestines of fibro folk. And it is not unusual for doctors to give us antibiotics to deal with this stuff, which for us fibro folk is actually the worse thing, because antibiotics lead to candida, and once a fibro person has candida they are in real trouble  Now, today, two things have already been mentioned that can help us, one is colonics and the other is a chiroprctor  Colonics are very effective but they are expensive, so I do this myself using coffee enemas. If you have not ever done coffee enemas yourself before you will need to look it up on the internet but it is relatively easy, and as effective as colonics and safer in my view  I also cannot a fford a chiropractor but if you can then you would be wise to see one. If you are like me and cannot afford one, simply look on youtube at the videos relating to improving posture and do that  These things will be covered again in the future, but I am rushing through them because I want to get to the important bit, the bit that is going to get you well, and that is the diet  It is the diet that takes 6 weeks to explain and I really need you to try to follow carefully all that is said here in relation to the diet because it is not just the foods, it is other things, like how much and which supplements and so on that are the key to gettign well  If you have never done any low carbing before a good idea would be to get yourself the Dr Atkins book. In that book he has a diet called the Induction diet and that diet is similar to what most folk here are doing  I have to sort something out here right now but shortly I will post more things relating to all this  Love Joanne ________________________________ To: " fibromyalgiacured " <fibromyalgiacured > Cc: " fibromyalgiacured " <fibromyalgiacured > Sent: Saturday, 12 November 2011, 23:04 Subject: Re: hello Barbara  Would you also send the information to me? Guest guest
My colonics practitioner would say it would actually help sort out your colon and improve your situation. If you can find a practitioner and talk to them about your situation and see if you can get more information about it. I also found a post from someone else with IBS on another website: http://www.everydayhealth.com/forums/digestive-health/topic/colon-cleanses From: guest To: ALL Posted: Feb-28 04:47 AM (3 of 31) " I have been going through colon clenses off an on for years. My IBS got very bad about 7 years ago and I went through a colonics every week for six weeks. What a difference. I lost 10 pounds, had a flat stomach again and it relieved the gas and bloating etc. I did very well for a year with only about one or two more in that year. It is hard to adhere to eating correctly, like avoiding wheat, dairy, resturant foods and packaged foods. So at times it does need to be done again and it takes a long time to heal a sick body. We didn't get sick in a week and we don't get well in a week. It takes years to heal from years of wrong choices. I do better with water cleansing than pills as they can for me cause pains and leg cramps. Chose the best for you but I strongly suggest the colonics. Let your body tell you what is best for you. Guest guest
, please dont abandon us. I think your deep sleep problem may be some of my problem as well. I am sure for others too. I have used magnet beds to get better sleep. I have added melatonin as a supplement. I just recently got a natural form mattress that can adjust softness/hardness levels. I seem to be sleeping better with the new mattress. What type of things have you done or are trying to get better, deeper sleep? > > > ** > > > > > > Hello > > > > I need you both to keep forwarding information about your condition and > > about any other condition you have so that i can send you information > > specific to your situation > > > > but in regards to the fibro > > > > Fibro is caused by our body not being able to detox toxins from our body. > > The usual reason why this happens is that for a long long time we have been > > being exposed to too much toxicity > > > > an example of a toxin that can trigger fibro symptoms is amalgam fillings, > > but there is a lot of other stuff too, like the food we eat, the pollution > > in the air, heavy metals, medicines we take, detergents we use and also > > chemical our own body creates when we are under stress > > > > when we cannot got rid of all this toxicity, our body encourages bacteria > > and other pathogens to do the job or us.
