Guest guest
Hi Alyssa, Some are sensitive to the good foods, as they cause more healing reactions-could be the bone broth problem is not the glutamates, but the extra minerals. all those problems with supplements sound like healing reaction, and will eventually get better. I experiences at times a bit more pain, and emotional upsets, but some of that was retracing as I healed. Without good nutrition, emotions cannot heal either. You have only been really on the diet a month now, but it is good you read up on it first. Did Bee answer your questions in her group? I have never had to to go on a liquid diet, as I was not that bad. I do the egg drink once or twice a day though. Been on it over 2 years, but at my age, I know I have a while to go, have seem a lot of improvements, but still some problems. C > > > Hi, My name is Alyssa > I have been unofficially diagnosed with fibro, but the doctors really don't know what is wrong with me. I am only 30 and have three small children. I have multiple problems such as white spots on tongue, insomnia, anxiety, frequent UTI, thinning hair, stomach sensitivity, achy feet and hands, extreme fatigue, and the list goes on. I have tried many different diets and alternative approaches to my problems and nothing has helped long term. I found Bee's website last February and I have been reading her site and yahoo group for the past 6+ months. Finally, really desperate, I transitioned over to her diet fully a month ago. I am still working my way up to the recommended dose of niacin and B vitamins And I am still taking 5 mg of lexapro. I am VERY sensitive to anything. The niacin has been extremely hard for me to adjust to emotionally. Also, I have found I am extremely sensitive to free glutamates in bone broth. I can only handle about 1-2 Tablespoons a day or I get really sleepy and my hand and feet are in pain and my brain is extremely foggy. I still go back in forth in my emotions, and feeling like I am extremely irritable and my brain is foggy. I have to do repeated tasks, forgetting what I was doing, taking forever t make a decision. The frequency of UTIs have subsided and I have had more good days. For those on Bee's program : > Does anyone else have reactions to bone broth? B vitamins? > How do you know when to stop with the pureed diet? I now Bee says that some need to stay on it 6 weeks. > How did any of you get off of your anxiety/ depression medicine so it didn't feel like you were going crazy? > Any support or suggestions would be great! > Blessings, > Alyssa >
