Guest guest
Hi, Doctors have training in nutrition, but do not connect pain, and swelling with lack of nutrients. Same with arthritis, fibro, ad osteoporosis. lack of C especially results in pain, swelling and Lack of B vitamins-the main symptom is burning pain. Stress, injury, and sugar and carbs use up all those vitamin stores, and if you are low-then you really have problems. I use the supplements Bee recommends, plus stay on her diet. That diet is low in sugar, so does not use up my stored vitamins. The extra fat in the diet helps us utilize the vitamins we get. That is a problem to for many-we cannot absorb the vitamins well, and end up deficient. You can do a search for symptoms of vitamin deficiencies, and you will have a better idea. see yahoo group candidasupport c. > > I have Fibro, Arthritis, and Osteoporosis in one hip. Guest guest
About all I can offer is keep to your raw food diet, consume a daily dose of turmeric/curcumin and 3 to 5 tbls of organic apple cider vinegar for the pain, of course tapper off as pain subsides, drink lots of good water and get a good dose of sun shine on the face (10-15min) per day. Now you were expecting me to say, take a couple of aspirin and call me next week, that will be $80.00 You might want to look at these two sups, Serrazimes and Nattokinase.
