Hi All

Yahoo has asked me to set up a poll so that we can select a moderator. A few

people have said they do not mind doing this temporarily or to assist a main

moderator but the only person who has told me that they are willing to do this

perminantly is Zaza

As you all know I am more than happy to let Zaza do this and I will be

nominating her in the poll but yahoo has said that we need another volunteer so

that the group can decide

I have one other member who is willing to put her name down if nobody else want

to do this but really this other candidate is not keen to commit to a perminant

roll. It is difficult because I am trying to be a fair as possible but few

people have gotten back to me regarding this.

I want to put this poll together quickly and get the voting out of the way

quickly because there are already several newcomers really trying to get through

to the board. I know I am rushing folk but I feel that if we do not get this

sorted only more problems are going to arise. Please let me know what you all

think.

I will try to have the poll ready by tomorrow
