Guest guest Posted February 26, 2002 Report Share Posted February 26, 2002 Hi, I drank freshly grated ginger root in hot water for a week prior to the cleanse and during the cleanse and today after the cleanse/flush. Last night I also put 2 dropperfuls of Cayenne Pepper in water and took before I my last does of ES. I don't know if it had any effect on anything I experienced or not but I believe that if you are in select tune with your body that it will not steer you wrong, even if at first it isn't very cooperative...once you get what it wants it tends to be very cooperative. *lol* Peace Lucinda > Tishri7@a... writes: > > > I'll let you know about the ginger if I do it.
